Man Charged With Violating Order Of Protection In Westchester
A 46-year-old man from Bergen County is facing a criminal contempt charge in Yorktown after allegedly violating a court-issued Order of Protection in Northern Westchester. Ridgewood resident Benjamin Sanders surrendered himself into police custody on Thursday afternoon following reports that he violated a Westchester County Family Court Temporary Order of Protection by texting and calling his victim repeatedly earlier this month.
