Andrew Cuomo is going down swinging after an ethics commission ordered him to pay back proceeds that he made writing his book about COVID-19 leadership during the pandemic. Andrew Cuomo after he issued an executive order that may have resulted in the deaths of nursing home residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
