Northern Westchester County resident Shirley Wishnie, age 70, of South Salem, a hamlet of Lewisboro, was charged around 11:30 a.m., on Thursday, July 27 after the incident in New Canaan. Vomit-Covered Man Asleep Behind Wheel In Westchester Busted For DWI, Police Say A vomit-covered man from Long Island asleep behind the wheel of a parked car on a busy Westchester street was allegedly driving while impaired, police said. An officer from the Scarsdale Police Department was on patrol shortly after 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 9, when he spotted a 2019 Honda Accord parked in the right southbound lane of Post Road with the engine running and key fob inside the vehicle. 100 Deadliest Days Campaign Focuses On Dangers Of Distracted Teen Driving With Memorial Day in the rearview mirror, AAA is cautioning that the holiday kicked off the “100 Deadliest Days” for teen drivers on area roadways.
