Wrong-Way Driver Charged With DWI For Crash That Injured Two In Westchester A 22-year-old wrong-way driver was allegedly impaired when he struck a driver during an early morning crash in Westchester, leaving both hospitalized, police said. Members of the Yonkers Police Department responded to Central Park Avenue near Palmer Road at approximately 4:45 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15, where there was a report of a head-on collision involving two drivers in the southbound lane on Central Park Avenue.
