Michael Hagan, president of the Police Benevolent Association, said he's hopeful county leaders will find the funds to fill those positions and bring the department back to the 330-officer level originally planned for this year. He said the county has not filled three new positions called for in this year's $1.8 billion budget, lohud.com reports.
