PELHAM, N.Y. Lola's Tea House on Fifth Avenue now features a gallery of Sept. 11 photos that will remain displayed until Oct. 7th. San Francisco-based photographer Karen Johnson took the pictures that are now for sale at the tea shop.
Lola's Tea House owner Leslie Allicks said Johnson's sister, Laverne Sasser, is a regular customer and asked Allicks if she could display the photos on the wall. The owner said the pictures are well worth the purchase.
"If anybody feels courageous enough to buy, they're very good," Allicks said. "They're very nice."
Allicks said none of the photos have sold yet. The proceeds will go to Johnson.
