PELHAM, N.Y. Construction continued Tuesday on scaffolding at the corner of Lincoln and Fifth avenues.
Workers hammered away at the erected metal and wood framework that wraps around Joeys Coffee Shop toward Paws on Fifth. Construction at the site also occurred last week.
Mike Santos, a worker on the project, said his crew started working Thursday and constructed the bridge and scaffolding that sits on the second level of the framework. His crew completed its portion of the project on Tuesday.
Santos said other workers would work on the siding of the building located at the site and might change the windows, as well.
