There is stop-and-go traffic on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway on the Mount Vernon/Pelham borderfollowing a 5 p.m. accident that is blocking the left lane at East Lincoln Avenue (Exit 12), with delays back to Route 1 (Exit 7).
An earlier accident on the southbound Bronx River Parkway blocked the right lane at Fenimore Road in Scarsdale. It was reported at 5:15 p.m.
