Severe Thunderstorms Possible This Afternoon In Westchester

WESTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Thunderstorms are predicted for this afternoon, and some could be severe according to the National Weather Service.

Storms are expected to develop after noon across the Hudson Valley with most expected to pass through between 2-6 p.m.

The storms could produce heavy rainfall and flood conditions, as well as high winds and hail.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible across the area until around 9 p.m.
