Rainstorms Possible This Weekend In Peekskill

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – Rain and thunderstorms are possible this weekend across Westchester County, according to the National Weather Service.

Showers and thunderstorms are likely Friday, mainly after noon. Some of the storms could produce gusty winds, heavy rain and frequent lightning. Areas of fog are possible before 9 a.m. Otherwise, it should be cloudy, with a high near 82 degrees. Friday evening may also bring showers and thunderstorms, and some of the storms could produce gusty winds, heavy rain and frequent lightning. Areas of fog are possible after 9 p.m. The overnight low is expected to be around 69 degrees.

Rain is likely Saturday with a possible thunderstorm before noon, then scattered showers and thunderstorms after noon with a high near 84 degrees. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Saturday night may also bring showers with an overnight low of around 66 degrees.

Sunday is expected to be mostly sunny, with a high near 84 degrees. Sunday night will be mostly clear, with an overnight low of around 64 degrees.
