$12M DiPippo Rape, Murder Case Settlement Decision 'Foolish, Uninformed,' DA Says Anthony DiPippo, who was twice convicted of raping and murdering a 12-year-old girl before being found not guilty during his third trial, has settled with Putnam County for $12 million, much to the chagrin of District Attorney Robert Tendy.
