Over 70 Summonses Issued For 'Unsafe, Dangerous' Truck Violations In Northern Westchester A police enforcement detail in Northern Westchester resulted in nearly 80 summonses being issued to truck drivers committing dangerous violations, authorities said. The enforcement effort was announced by the North Castle Police Department on Wednesday, Nov. 8, and was conducted to check trucks for " unsafe and dangerous violations" that can result in serious accidents or even death, police said.
