Man Caught With 170 Bags Of Heroin In Traffic Stop, Police Say A 23-year-old man has been charged after police say he was caught with 170 bags of heroin during a traffic stop in Ulster County. New York State Police Troop F Community Stabilization Unit officers say they conducted a traffic stop after observing the driver commit an infraction on Thursday, May 16. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Tyrell Wood, 23, of Poughkeepsie, was in possession of approximately 170 bags of heroin, according to police.
