A Fairfield County woman faces drunk driving charges after officers spotted several beer bottles littered on the highway around her car in Westchester, police said. The incident happened during the early morning hours of Saturday, April 8 around 1:20 a.m., when state troopers noticed a vehicle that was stopped on the shoulder of Interstate 95 in Mamaroneck with several beer bottles on the ground next to it, according to state police. Man Drove Drunk With BAC Twice Legal Limit In Westchester, Police Say
A Fairfield County man was driving with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit when he was stopped by New York State Police troopers on I-95 in Westchester. Troopers stopped Bridgeport resident Miguel Guzman-Barzallo, 36, at approximately 9:50 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14 on I-95 in Mamaroneck when he committed multiple traffic violations. Woman Drove Drunk With Two Children In Car In Westchester, Police Say
A 35-year-old woman has been charged after police say she drove drunk with two children in the vehicle. New York State Police say they observed a driver commit an infraction on I-95 and initiated a traffic stop on Sunday, Aug. 11 around 1:30 a.m. in Westchester. The driver, identified as Elizabeth Rich, 35, of Madison, Connecticut, was found to be intoxicated and traveling with a 5-year-old and an 8-year-old child after the stop in Mamaroneck, police say. A pair of men are facing multiple charges for their roles in an alleged “complex identity fraud scheme” that allowed them to fraudulently “purchase” and possess high-end vehicles from car dealerships throughout Westchester.
