Man Intentionally Strikes Victim With Vehicle In Hudson Valley, Police Say A Hudson Valley man is behind bars after allegedly intentionally hitting another man with a vehicle during an argument. The incident took place in Ulster County around 2 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 26 in the parking lot of America’s Best Value Inn on State Route 9W in the town of Lloyd, according to New York State Police Trooper Steven Nevel.  When state police arrived on the scene they found the victim, identified as Alan S. Man Convicted Of Murder After Porsche Slams Into SUV During High-Speed Chase A 29-year-old man was convicted of the murder of an area woman after slamming into her vehicle driving more than 100 miles per hour and while allegedly driving drunk. Ryan Williams of Poughkeepsie was convicted on Tuesday, April 30, by an Ulster County jury of murder, four counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, unlawful fleeing from police, assault, and aggravated operation of a motor vehicle, said the Ulster County District Attorney's Ofice.
