Frank Moss, aka "Jigga," a Poughkeepsie drug dealer who sold fentanyl to two women who later died, was sentenced to almost 22 years in prison, said Geoffrey S. Robert Benson, Tondra Lashae Walker, 19, of Poughkeepsie, was pronounced dead at the scene after being partially ejected from her vehicle during the crash that occurred around 8 a.m. Monday on South Quaker Lane and Dana Place in Hyde Park.
