Police ID Teen Driver Killed In Area School Bus Crash Police have identified the person killed in a crash with a school bus in the area on Monday morning. According to Lt. Robert Benson, Tondra Lashae Walker, 19, of Poughkeepsie, was pronounced dead at the scene after being partially ejected from her vehicle during the crash that occurred around 8 a.m. Monday on South Quaker Lane and Dana Place in Hyde Park. A preliminary investigation indicates that James Damico, 63, from Germantown, was traveling south in a 2015 Red Hook School bus on South Quaker Lane when Walker’s vehicle left the roadway and went onto the right shoulder, Benson said.
