Police Searching For 'Person Of Interest' In Theft Of City Of Poughkeepsie Truck Police are asking the public for help locating a "person of interest" in the theft of a City of Poughkeepsie truck.  The truck, a white 2005 Chevrolet, was stolen around 2:44 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, from the loading dock of City Hall, said City of Poughkeepsie Police Capt. Richard Wilson. The truck, which has the seal of the City of Poughkeepsie and the number 58, belongs to the Public Works department. Its registration number is AD8973. Bus Company Owner Found Guilty Of Fraud, Bribery, Theft In Westchester The 50-year-old owner of an area bus repair and transportation company is now awaiting sentencing for fraud, bribery and theft. Richard Brega, the former owner of Brega D.O.T. Maintenance Corp. in Rockland County, was found guilty by a federal jury in White Plains, according to Geoffrey S. Berman, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York. The convictions were for Brega’s billing the Rockland Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) for maintenance of school buses that were never performed, and bribery of a Rockland BOCES official.  The convictions resulted …
