16-Year-Old Nabbed After Fleeing Traffic Stop, Crashing In Yorktown A 16-year-old boy faces charges after trying to escape a traffic stop in Northern Westchester, police announced.  The arrest stemmed from an incident on Wednesday, March 27 just before 1:30 a.m., when an officer saw a vehicle speeding on Route 202 in Yorktown, according to the town's police department.  The vehicle then tried speeding away from the officer after he activated his cruiser's emergency lights and crossed over the double yellow line before crashing shortly after, police said.  The officer then found that the teenage driver had been operating without a license and…

Three Teens Injured In Serious Rollover Area Crash Three teens were injured, one seriously, during a single-vehicle rollover crash in Dutchess County. The cash took place around 2:50 p.m. Thursday on Middle Road in Rhinebeck when a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by James Krinitsky, 16, of Red Hook, lost control of the vehicle, causing it to overturn, said Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Capt. John Watterson. As a result of the rollover, the front passenger, Christopher Knapp, 16, also of Red Hook, suffered serious head injuries.
