A police department in Northern Westchester has sworn in its new chief. The Ossining Police Department provisionally appointed Aaron Zimmerman as its new chief in a swearing-in ceremony held on Wednesday evening, March 13, village officials announced. Heineken USA, based in White Plains, has selected Maggie Timoney as its next chief executive officer. Timoney, an Iona College graduate, will become the first female CEO of a major U.S. brewery effective Sept. 1.
