Hudson Valley Elementary School Teacher Indicted On Child Porn Charges A longtime Wappingers second-grade teacher, who was arrested by the New York State Police on child pornography charges in February, has been indicted by a grand jury, according to the Dutchess County District Attorney's office. Steven L. Schwartz, 54, was indicted this month by the grand jury, but the official charges will not be unsealed until he appears for arraignment on June 14 in Dutchess County Court, the DA's Office said.
