Northern Westchester Man Charged With DWI In I-84 Stop Nearly two dozen motorists were removed from the roadway by New York State Police troopers recently for alleged impaired drivers. Local residents charged:  Dutchess County On Friday, April 12, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Sharon Y. Eady, 52, of Poughkeepsie, for Aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, a felony.
