A 30-year-old man charged with DWI in Westchester had a blood-alcohol level twice the legal limit, police say.
New York State Police initiated a traffic stop on I-287 in the city of Rye for a violation on Saturday, Nov. 16 around 4:35 a.m.
The driver, identified as Fernando Reynoso, of Stamford, was found to be intoxicated, police say.
Reynoso was arrested, transported and processed at SP New Rochelle, where police say his BAC was tested at .19.

A Westchester man who was charged with felony DWI had a blood-alcohol level more than twice the legal limit, according to police.
New York State Police initiated a traffic stop on Boston Post Road in Port Chester after observing a violation on Sunday, Nov. 10 around 2:30 a.m.
The driver of the vehicle, identified as Silvano Perez Garcia, 53, of White Plains, was found to be intoxicated, according to police.

New York State Police say they stopped a vehicle on I-287 in the town of Greenburgh for a violation on Thursday, Sept. 5 around 10:15 p.m.
Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Wilfre Jimenez, 30, of Waterbury, Connecticut, was found to be intoxicated, police say.
