Brand-New Deli Off To Strong Start In Northern Westchester A family-owned Northern Westchester deli’s first month in business has seen a promising start. Mexcellent Deli, located in Chappaqua at 27 South Greeley Ave., opened on Tuesday, April 18. The deli offers “traditional Mexican cuisine combined with American deli fare,” according to the eatery’s website.
