New York State Police troopers stopped Poughkeepsie resident Sharnae Campbell for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 44/55 in the town of Lloyd on Tuesday, Oct. 16. During the subsequent stop, probable cause to search the vehicle was established and Campbell was found to be in possession of heroin and crack cocaine, which was packaged for sale. Area Man Driving Stolen Car With Child Aboard Faces Drug Charges A Poughkeepsie man was arrested for threatening to beat up a woman whose car he stole and for having a wanted juvenile in the vehicle when caught, according to Town of Lloyd Police. Shyron N. Williams, 29, was nabbed on Thursday, March 22, by Lloyd Police operating the vehicle on Route 44/55 in Highland and was in the company of a 15-year-old juvenile, said Lt. James Janso.
