Nearly $400M In Residential Developments Proposed For Three Westchester Projects A trio of developments have been approved by officials in Yonkers totaling nearly $400 million. The Yonkers Industrial Development Agency (IDA) approved resolutions that will provide financial incentives for three extensive residential projects in the city that represent an investment of an estimated $391 million.
