Man Damages Vehicle During Fight On Main Street In Brewster, Sheriff Says A 43-year-old man was charged with criminal mischief after police say he damaged a vehicle during a fight on Main Street in Brewster. Members of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department NEU said on Friday, Sept. 13 that they received a report of a fight in progress on Main Street in Brewster on Thursday, Aug. 29.
