3 Rescued After Boat Capsizes In Area Reservoir Three people were saved after their boat capsized in a Hudson Valley reservoir. Northern Westchester Man Nabbed With Fentanyl, Crack Cocaine, Authorities Say A man was arrested on narcotics charges during a routine traffic stop in the region. Northern Westchester resident William E. Felling, age 40, of Somers, was arrested on Friday, Sept. 2 in Putnam County on Route 6 in the town of Southeast. During the stop an investigation found Felling was in possession of a quantity of fentanyl and crack cocaine, said Putnam County Sheriff Kevin J. McConville. Felling was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released on his own recognizance, pending a return court date on Thursday, Sept. 15.

Four Charged With Crack Cocaine Distribution In Peekskill Four men have been arrested in connection with running a crack cocaine distribution ring in Northern Westchester County. According to Audrey Strauss, Acting U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, the men, Jordan Campbell, Derrick Dickey, Terrance Patterson, and Johnnie Thomas, were arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 2. As alleged in the indictment unsealed in White Plains federal court, the four conspired to distribute at least 280 grams or more of crack cocaine between March 2020 and August 2020.
