Man Caught Driving With Forged Dealer Plates In Route 9 Stop A Dutchess County auto dealer was busted with fraudulent license plates in coordination to a scheme intended to duplicate vehicle registrations. New York State Police troopers stopped Red Hook resident Matthew Minnow, 38, shortly after 3 a.m. on Friday morning on Route 9 in Fishkill for a traffic violation. During the subsequent stop, troopers reported that the license plates appeared to be forged. The investigation found the vehicle given out as a loaner from Minnow Motors in Poughkeepsie.
