Labor Day Impaired Driving Crackdown Period Leads To Arrests Of 60 Area Residents Dozens of drivers were arrested in Dutchess County during an impaired driving crackdown period over Labor Day Weekend. Between Saturday, Aug. 17 and Monday, Sept. 2, state, county and local police agencies throughout Dutchess County conducted details that included sobriety checkpoints and emphasis patrols countywide, as well as their regular patrols.
