Man Admits To Northern Westchester Home Invasion After Following Victim From Store A 79-year-old man has admitted to acting as a getaway driver after he and a co-conspirator followed a woman home from a Westchester grocery store, pulled a gun on her and robbed her. Manhattan resident Philip Budin pleaded not guilty to second-degree attempted robbery, a violent felony, for his role in a burglary in Chappaqua last year.
