Beloved Lifelong Firefighter, Former Dealership Owner From Shrub Oak Dies A former car dealership owner from Northern Westchester who spent more than 75 years serving the public as a firefighter is being remembered for his immense impact on his community. Shrub Oak resident William "Billy" W. Geis Jr. died on Friday, March 29 at the age of 93, according to his obituary.
