Kelli Bonnet, age 29, of White Plains, was arrested by Greenwich Police on Tuesday, July 6, after officers responded to Greenwich Plaza in the underground lot for a report of a woman "banging" on a car door. Father, Son Duo Plead Guilty In Hudson Valley 'Family Ties' Drug Sweeps A father and son duo who were part of a wide-ranging due trafficking network in Orange County has pleaded guilty to felony charges in connection with the "Operation Family Ties," according to Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler.  Ramon Rivera, 45, and his son, Raymond Rivera, 26, were the last of 35 indicted defendants in the case to plead guilty, the DA's office said.
