Person Struck, Killed By Train In Northern Westchester One person was killed after "coming in contact" with a train in Northern Westchester. The incident occurred in Ossining, around 7 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 7, according to Jen Flanagan, spokesperson for Amtrak. Flanagan said the person, who has not yet been identified, was trespassing on the track in the area of Metro North MP 31 on the Hudson Line. There were no reported injuries to the 97 passengers or crew members onboard the train. Woman Charged For Assaulting Metro-North Train Conductor With Pumpkin In Westchester A 21-year-old woman is facing charges after allegedly assaulting a Metro-North conductor with a pumpkin after being asked for a ticket, the Westchester County District Attorney announced. Bronx resident Alexis Adams was riding the train shortly after 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 11 when she was confronted by a conductor asking her to produce a ticket, or else leave at the next stop.
