Man Threatens Victims With Knife In Cortlandt Domestic Dispute, Police Say A 51-year-old Northern Westchester man was arrested after using a knife to threaten victims during a domestic disputed, according to the New York State Police. Robert R. Ullman was charged after troopers responded to Pinehurst  Court in Cortlandt at 11:24 p.m. Sunday for a report of a domestic dispute, said Trooper AJ Hicks. Yorktown Woman Assaults Man With Golf Club, Steak Knife, Police Say A 59-year-old Northern Westchester woman was arrested and charged Saturday night after police say she assaulted and threatened a man with various objects. Nuala Ann O'Connor of Yorktown was charged with assault in the second degree, a Class D felony, and menacing in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Connor assaulted the victim by striking him with a closed fist, golf club, and metal guitar stand, causing bruising and swelling on his face and body, police said.
