Police Seek Public's Help In Finding Fraudulent Withdrawal Suspect
New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks are asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect who allegedly made a fraudulent withdrawal of more than $1,800 from a Pleasant Valley business. Investigators are currently attempting to find Luis Gonzales Otero for an interview about the incident.
