William “Bill” Allen, age 66, was last seen at his New Rochelle home, located on Lockwood Avenue, at around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 4, when he “absconded” from the facility, police said. Originally from the Yorktown area, Allen suffers from schizophrenia and alcohol abuse, according to police. Wanted Man Arrested With Illegal, Loaded Glock In Westchester A wanted man is in police custody after being busted with an illegal, loaded weapon in Westchester, authorities announced. The New Rochelle Police Department received a tip at approximately 7:47 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 25 that a man with an active arrest warrant in Yonkers had gotten into a vehicle at the intersection of North Avenue and Lockwood Avenue.
