William “Bill” Allen, age 66, was last seen at his New Rochelle home, located on Lockwood Avenue, at around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 4, when he “absconded” from the facility, police said. Originally from the Yorktown area, Allen suffers from schizophrenia and alcohol abuse, according to police. Three Minors In Westchester Busted Attempting To Flee Officers In Stolen Car, Police Say A group of minors is facing charges after being busted in a stolen vehicle before attempting to flee from responding officers in Westchester, police said. The New Rochelle Police Department received a report of a suspicious vehicle shortly before 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 28 that was in the area of Harmon Avenue near the intersection of Green Place.
