Man Slashed During Fight Over iPhone In Northern Westchester, Police Say A Northern Westchester resident was arrested after allegedly slashing a man in the leg and stealing his cell phone. The incident took place in Mount Kisco around 5 p.m., Sunday, July 18 at Leonard Park. The victim called the Westchester County Police to report that he had been in an argument at Leonard Park with a man he knows over damage to that man’s cell phone, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police. ID Released For Man Found Dead In Northern Westchester Pond The identity has been released for a man found dead in an area pond. The man's body was spotted in Northern Westchester around 2 p.m. Friday, May 1 at Leonard Park in Mount Kisco by a Westchester County police sergeant, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the police department. The man has been identified as Fairfield County resident Amadeo Rodriguez, a 71-year-old resident of Danbury,  O'Leary said.
