Gary Mount, Visionary Behind Terhune Orchards, Dies After Brain Cancer Battle
Gary Mount, the longtime owner and visionary behind Terhune Orchards, died peacefully at his home on the farm in Princeton on Dec. 29 after a battle with glioblastoma brain cancer, the orchard announced.
“Gary was a visionary farmer, preservationist, mentor, and community leader whose impact on agriculture and land conservation in New Jersey will be felt for generations,” the orchard said in a statement.
