Jury Deadlocked In Trial Of Westchester Resident, Ex-Cuomo Aide Following several days of deliberation, a jury remains deadlocked as the trial of Northern Westchester resident Joseph Percoco, a former top aide to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, continues.
