Swastika Found Carved Into Tree At Nature Preserve In Westchester: 'Profoundly Offensive' Town officials are denouncing the discovery of a swastika carved into a tree at a popular hiking spot in Northern Westchester.  The hateful graffiti at Turkey Mountain Nature Preserve in Yorktown was discovered late Saturday, Aug. 9, after images appeared on social media, Yorktown officials announced on Sunday, Aug. 10. Mattel has launched its first Barbie doll with Type 1 diabetes, the company announced on Tuesday, July 8. The new doll wears a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) on her arm, secured with heart-shaped medical tape in signature Barbie pink.  The new doll is part of the 2025 Barbie Fashionistas line, which includes more than 175 diverse dolls.
