$2.5B 2025 Budget Signed In Westchester: Here's Where Funding Will Go Westchester County's 2025 budget, which avoids a tax levy increase, has been officially signed into law.  The $2.5 billion 2025 Westchester operating budget was signed by County Executive George Latimer, officials announced on Wednesday, Dec. 11.
