Recall Issued For Ready-To-Eat Pork Products Due To Possible Listeria Contamination Hundreds of pounds of a ready-to-eat pork product is being recalled due to a listeria scare. Fisher Packing Company announced it is recalling approximately 744 pounds of pork products that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced. The items subject to recall were packaged on Tuesday, Aug. 27 and have the establishment number “74SEIN” inside the USDA mark of inspection. Recalled items include:  Vacuum-sealed packages of various weights containing “FISHER MEATS OLD FASHION SMOKED HAM” …
