Electrical Short Shuts Down School In Westchester For Day, Prompts Evacuation A school in Westchester is holding remote classes following an electrical issue that prompted a response from firefighters. The incident happened on Monday afternoon, Jan. 13 at the Andalusia School in Yonkers at 380 Walnut St., according to Yonkers Deputy Fire Chief of Personnel Joseph Citrone.  Citrone said an electrical short occurred at the building, which caused smoke and blew out some panels and breakers.
