Man Breaks Into Fishkill Home, Chokes Ex-Girlfriend, Police Say Investigators with the East Fishkill Police Department were able to track down a  man who allegedly broke into his ex-girlfriend’s home in Fishkill Plains and assaulted her before fleeing following an early morning dispute.
