On Sunday, May 12, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Manuel A. Valle, 50, of Peekskill, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Welcher Avenue in Peekskill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Yorktown Woman Charged With DWI Following Single-Vehicle Crash In Putnam
A 26-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly driving while drunk following a single-vehicle crash.
Jacqueline Driscoll, of Yorktown, was arrested around 4:25 p.m., on April 30, after Putnam County Sheriff's Deputy Shawn Iarussi responded to a report of a car crash in the Town of Putnam Valley, the Sheriff's Office said.
Once on the scene, Iarussi observed a gray Honda, off the road, with damage to two tires and the entire undercarriage, police said.

On Friday, April 26, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Derek C. O’Donnell, 40, of Yorktown, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in Yorktown, when he was involved in a three-car personal injury motor vehicle crash.
