Putnam County Sheriff’s Department officers say they responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a residence in the Town of Patterson on Saturday, June 1 around 4 a.m. Further investigation revealed that the male suspect involved in the dispute had fled the scene in a vehicle and an auto accident occurred, according to police.
