Man Caught With Two Loaded Handguns In Westchester Faces Felony Charge A 51-year-old man caught with two loaded handguns during a traffic stop landed behind bars in Westchester. Jeffrey J. Colburn, of Port Orange, Fla., was arrested around 3:15 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 5 when New York State police stopped to help a disabled vehicle on I-95 in the village of Mamaroneck, said Trooper Michael P. Cassella.  While speaking with Colburn, the trooper found probable cause to search the vehicle and its occupants, he added. Pine Plains Man Nabbed Passing Drugs To Inmate At Dutchess County Jail A Pine Plains man was busted for passing drugs to an inmate at the Dutchess County Jail, according to the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office. Matthew S. Moore, 34, was visiting Jeremy M. Craft, 28, of Hyde Park when he was caught passing a controlled substance during the visit, said Capt. John Watterson.
