Oscars Now Requires Voters To Watch Nominated Films Before Voting: Report
Ahead of the 98th Annual Oscars, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has implemented a rule that seems straightforward: Voters must actually watch all the nominated films before they vote in a category.
