The Dutchess County Drug Task Force and the City of Poughkeepsie Police Emergency Services Unit executed a search warrant at 13 Academy Street in the City of Poughkeepsie on Friday, May 10. City Of Poughkeepsie Woman Busted With More Than 200 Bags Of Heroin A City of Poughkeepsie woman was busted with more than 200 bags of heroin following an investigation into narcotic sales near her home. Tiffany Turner, 31, of Reynolds Avenue, was arrested following the execution of a search warrant at her home by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force on Wednesday, March 28, said Frank Tasciotti, assistant coordinator of the Task Force. During the search of the residence officers seized in excess of 200 bags of heroin, a quantity of marijuana, scales, packaging materials, and approximately $1,300.
