Man Awaiting Sentencing For Racketeering Caught With Heroin In Poughkeepsie Raid, Police Say A monthlong investigation into heroin sales in Dutchess County led to the arrest of a 23-year-old man who was already awaiting sentencing for a separate crime and the seizure of thousands of dollars, police said. New York State Police investigators arrested Poughkeepsie resident Trequon Dancy on Wednesday, Nov. 7, following the investigation.
